A few hundred meters of unpaved road – first step in slowing down your pace – will be rewarded with our family welcome, fireplace lit in winter, garden with swimming-pool for summer days, mattresses filled with real wool to rest and our “Bella, Buona, Bio” breakfast.

We are a few minutes away from the Orte exit on A1 Motorway, even if it doesn’t look like it: around us only nature and open landscape of the Tevere Valley.

Sustainability and harmony with nature are principles that inspire our daily life from well before they were “en vogue”: we warm up water with solar energy, we are frugal with water and electricity, we try to re-use all our left-overs and scraps in order to produce the least possible waste, we use vegetables in season, often grown by us.
