Gäste- und Seminarhaus Makrobiotik erleben

The vegan cuisine in the guest and seminar house “Makrobiotik erleben” is varied: grain in combination with various seasonal vegetables, beans & lentils, tofu, tempeh, salads and pickles. Delicious and healthy – the macrobiotic kitchen can do both!

The in 1998 bau-biologically renovated house is situated at the edge of the forest of Nonnenmiss, on the sunny side of the Enz valley in the middle of stunning nature. Every room is individually decorated and provided with shower and toilet. We use natural materials in the whole house. In the guest lounge room with its small library you can relax besides the fireplace. The seminar room “sun light” can be used for exercising, meditation or conferences.

During relaxing walks and hikes through the forests and meadows you can enjoy the pure air and the wonderful piece in the nature park Nordschwarzwald. There are hot springs and a mountain railway nearby.
