I love making really tasty vegan food for guests, most of whom have never had food like this before. My meals have persuaded many people to ditch meat and I'm very proud of that. Every guest is different and I love hearing their stories – particularly when they are from other cultures. I have made quite a few forever friends along the way and taken many to the legendary local pub!
